Upon arrival the staff helped take our belongings from the car to the room. The outwards appearance of the hotel looks good. The room was less than adequate. Plenty of mosquitos, very dusky, bed linens worn and not very comfortable. Bathroom was dirty. The grouting was black, the shower glass was opaque, the tiles had left over soap residue, the shower head had scaling. Wall in the room where paper thin i could hear easily what was being said in the room next door. Had to cancel our room early as it just felt unclean and not very private. The staff are helpful.

Quiet little gem of a hotel. Nice grounds and rooms. Although room could have more light but that’s a personal preference. Few rooms = more peace. Love the rooms on the ground floor facing the pool.

Location of the hotel was top-notch. Near to the metro, market, and good massage parlours near the hotel. Highly recommended. However, the rooms were a bit small but if you are just going to sleep after a tiring day then it's perfect.

I needed to be in On Nut for a couple of nights and picked this place based on reviews. It was ok. Location was perfect for my needs. Staff was nice. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom too, and I loved the bathtub. They also had a proper hair dryer. No hair conditioner but 7/11 is around the corner. I didn't care for pool and gym so didn't check these out. What I didn't like was the noise. First night, I was woken up by people who were talking outside, most likely in the sitting area in front of the hotel. 1am, not a care in the world that they were being loud in front of a hotel where people go to sleep. Not sure why there's no security guard to tell them to keep it quiet. They were at it for a while and it took me ages to go back to sleep. Second night, went to bed early as I had to get up early. Woken up at 11pm by people talking in the next room. I don't think they were being particularly loud. But walls are very thin and the door of the room is actually a sliding glass door. So, I'd say it's an ok hotel, but if you're noise-sensitive, best to avoid. I certainly won't be staying there next time I need to be in On Nut.

This was my first stay at this hotel. I like the neighborhood and wanted to find a hotel near the On Nut BTS station, and this hotel is just 3 minutes walk from the statiin. There's also a large 7-11 right at the corner, Lotus's supermarket and Century Mall by the BTS station, and numerous food options very close by. The hotel seems new, with a modern feel. There's a restaurant, bar, and cafe on site, and also laundry machines. I booked a pool view room but was upgraded to a pool side room. The room had a king bed (too firm), wardrobe, microwave, kettle, fridge, very large smart TV, air purifier, and a separate tub and shower in the bathroom. The AC was quiet and efficient. There was a dressing table that could be used as a desk, although not for a long period as it's too low for comfort. The swimming pool was large and there were plenty of places to sit. Staff were attentive and professional. Although they're pretty insistent about checking out at 12:00, they offer luggage storage and a comfortable lobby for waiting on a late flight. Overall I feel the price point is correct for this level of comfort. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel is very convenient for Tesco Lotus and On Nut BTS. However if wanting to be in the main part of Sukhumvit or close to tourist attractions it may not be so convenient. There is a pool, which is nice. However, some rooms may lack privacy if on the same level as the pool, or if on the upper floors if they are NOT facing the pool, as they have huge patio windows onto the corridor - you need to keep the curtains shut or people can see into your room. However, overall the facilities were very good for the price I paid (around $27), although no English language movie channels on the TV. There was a separate bath and shower, a good fridge and even a microwave (although no plates, bowls or cutlery is provided and you can't borrow from the restaurant). Free tea, instant coffee and 2 bottles of water provided each day. Rooms were nicely appointed for this price bracket. The breakfast was a mini buffet with a main such as eggs provided. It was good enough, but very limited options for the price (200 THB). No bacon - only hotdogs and cheap ham. They had cereal, 1 type of fruit, basic salad, bread/toast, butter and jam, coffee, tea and rice porridge.

Outdated rooms with different issues no hot water, toilet water keeps running, etc for this price there are better options. Location is good near BTS. Not flexible on check out times although much available rooms.

Four years ago, I had the pleasure of experiencing a wonderful stay at your hotel, and I am overjoyed that I recently had the opportunity to stay with you again. My stay was exceptional once more, and I want to share my enthusiasm in this review. The location of your hotel is simply unbeatable! The proximity to the BTS station made my city explorations significantly easier. It was so convenient and fast to reach the main attractions and shopping areas. The friendly and welcoming staff impressed me again. From the moment of check-in until my departure, I felt like a valued guest. The cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel deserve special praise. My room was spotless and invitingly designed. It is evident that the housekeeping team works very diligently, and I felt comfortable and relaxed from the first moment. I want to express my appreciation for the efforts of the Qiu Hotel Sukhumvit team to provide guests with an unforgettable stay. It is clear to see that you care about the well-being of your guests and are always striving to exceed their expectations. I am once again delighted with my stay at Qiu Hotel Sukhumvit and highly recommend it to any traveler. When I visit Bangkok next time, Qiu Hotel will definitely be my first choice.
